INFORMATION CLAUSE

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the EU L 2016.119.1), hereinafter referred to as GDPR, I hereby inform you that:
1) The administrator of your personal data is the National Poultry Council – Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw, located at ul. Czackiego 3/5, 00-043 Warsaw.
2) Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling rights and obligations arising from employment relationships, other contractual relationships, membership status, or work in the bodies and other organizational structures of the National Poultry Council – Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw, based on Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) of the GDPR.
3) In certain situations, the recipients of your personal data may include courts, offices, administrative authorities, as well as entities cooperating with us, including those providing courier, postal, accounting, telecommunications, IT, legal, and other services, strictly to the extent necessary for the performance of their tasks.
4) Your personal data will be processed with due diligence and no longer than required by the statutory retention periods applicable to the National Poultry Council – Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw regarding document storage.
5) You have the right to access your data, as well as the right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.
6) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
7) Failure to provide your personal data will result in the inability to fulfill the employment or cooperation agreement and the related tax and contribution obligations, as well as other contractual relationships and the rights and obligations arising from membership in the National Poultry Council – Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw or participation in the bodies and other organizational structures established and operating within KRD-IG.
